This Dollar Tree Valentine is not only adorable, but totally in our budget! I just love the fun thing you can find at the Dollar Tree. My kids were so excited when I brought home these adorable googly eye toys. I knew they would make a perfect little Valentine. And I’m all for chocolate, but honestly I love non candy Valentine ideas. My second oldest son Draco has Type 1 diabetes and I love when he comes home with creative things for the holidays. Each holiday is already filled with treats so it’s nice to take a break. In fact today is his 6 year anniversary. We celebrate that he is healthy and give thanks for modern advancements in medicine that blesses our lives. You can learn about the symptoms of diabetes here. Knowing the signs can save life.
As I was finishing up this design Draco came in and asked if these could be his Valentine’s this year. I love how easy they are to assemble! Just print, trim, and have your child write their name. It’s a great way to practice their fine motor skills, penmanship or cursive . But it isn’t too overwhelming to stress you out. Anyone else spent late nights trying to get your kids to fill out all their valentines?

Thanks so much for reading! I love being able to share fun holiday ideas with my readers. I would love it if you could pin this post to support my blog. It’s the little things done with great love that make our world a better place. And click over to the Dollar Tree website where you can always order online and save money.
