The Princess Bride
Are you ready for our Princess Bride costumes? Our 2020 Family Halloween Theme is The Princess Bride. Our family LOVES this movie. My kids quote it all the time. It’s the perfect family movie that everyone likes. (We just make sure to mute out that one word when Inigo confronts the 6 finger man)
Lydia from Photography Hill met up with us to capture our Family Princess Bride costumes. Having my Halloween pictures professionally taken has been such a blessing. Even just a quick session will be treasured for years to come. Especially when I spend so much time creating our family costumes.
To make things easier I like to hit up my favorite thrift store Deseret Industries to find items I might need. And then I sew and create the rest. Luckily I had Buttercup’s material on hand from someone years ago who gave me some material. I might use the rest of it for our nativity costumes. I’m always grateful when people give me material they don’t want anymore.
Pictures of Westley and Buttercup were what I was most excited about. These two have such a special relationship. Yoda is such a good big brother. I know they are going to cherish these pictures as they grow up.
