S’mores are probably one of my favorite treats! The combination of chocolate, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow are too good to pass up. And we love using our fire pit to roast marshmallows as a family. But making a fire isn’t always an option. And sometimes it’s easier to stay inside where it’s warm and cozy.
Enter these amazing S’more Tarts! They were perfect for my son’s Camping party. They are easy to make, can be made ahead of time, and look really impressive. And did I mention how tasty they are?
Tarts are really such fun desserts! I found this fun pack of mini tart pans and I love a good excuse to use them. You may remember my Queen of Heart Tarts recipe I shared awhile ago. I love how fancy these little tarts look. They are perfect for parties or special occasions.
Since I’m a big fan of s’more I knew I wanted to create a S’mores Tart Recipe. And I’m so happy with how it turned out. The best part (besides how yummy they are) is that they are really easy.

- Set oven to 375*.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into your 6 greased tart pans.
- Bake crust for 7 minutes. I like to place mine on a baking sheet.
- Heat whipping cream and chocolate over low heat until combined.
- Pour chocolate mixture into cooled crusts. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Top mini tarts with marshmallows and broil on low till toasty. I broiled mine for about 3-4 minutes. Be sure to watch them.
You can make these ahead of time. They taste great served warm or fresh from the fridge. If making ahead of time simply refrigerate them after you add your marshmallows. You can simply warm them in the oven before serving. if you want them served warm. These tarts are able to be displayed for parties. Remember you don't need to heat them. Refrigerate leftovers, if you have any.
You could even have your kids help you make them. I suppose you could use this recipe for a large tart pan. But I suggest serving small slices since it’s pretty rich. For the mini tarts I served half or even a third of the mini tart to my kids. It was the perfect portion for my kids.
